Opening the door from his office to the waiting room, Hannibal greeted her brightly, a hand extending in welcome. “You must be Analiese Mason,” he spoke in that lightly accented tone. When greeting new patients, Hannibal liked to greet them using their full name. The reaction to being identified in the similar manner of a parent calling down a unruly child often spoke volumes about the character of a being. “Welcome.”
